Short summary: This is a project on electronic services and entrepreneurship. Project participants were invited to improve their digital, entrepreneurial and financial competencies, improve their skills using e-government services. Citizens of the public libraries of Kaunas District, Birštonas and Raseiniai Municipalities and their branches could directly monitor e-service presentations, up-to-date information on taxes, state social insurance, small business creation and development, financing opportunities, e-business, e-trade, e-shops, meetings with business representatives. With the help of ICT (information and communication technology) the Kaunas County Public Library together with project partners improved the accessibility e-commerce, e-government services to residents of Kaunas region, reduced the digital divide, promoted entrepreneurship in communities.
